Hummingbird Hill is the name of my farm. I moved here in July of 2007 to get away from the burbs. Coming with me were my husband Kevin, one dog Spot, one cat Casper and three horses, Spunky, Whinnie and Wizard. We have since acquired three more dogs, Elvis, Graceland and Skippy, a Percheron named Buck, another cat, Colonel Parker and currently twenty three alpacas. Hummingbird Hill gets its name from the large population of Hummers that moves in each spring.
Looks around hopefully?
ReplyDeleteAre they invisible?
Helllooooo???
Here, paca, paca, paca pics!
Sorry GL, my PC sucks. Now that I have finished my tirade here about how much it sucks, we have established the fact that I will be buying a new one as soon as the tax money comes in.
ReplyDeleteI have been trying to get the pics to download for over an hour. I will try again.
Oh thank heavens, here they are!
ReplyDeleteSheesh, I guess you had to be there.

ReplyDeleteI totally ROFL'd at the first pic. Some days I feel like that! Can I get that on a T-shirt?
ReplyDeleteI wanna paca!!! I wanna lotsa paca!! -sniff,sniff--my neighbor just popped up with two. (I hate her, I hate her) I wanna paca! Do I wanna paca or new bathroom and kitchen finished......Oh, hell. Reality check. They are gorgeous, of course. I think you need to do a tee with "the many moods of alpacas". That would be hysterical. I do not love t-shirts, but I sure would wear that.
ReplyDeletePhaedra, hmmmm, good idea about the t-shirts.
ReplyDeleteCNJ,
That is Boots, he was one of the ones who got gelded recently, and then he got moved over into the girl's pasture. Poor fella, they aren't exactly happy with him at this point, so that look on his face is very heartfelt.
Awww, poor de-balled Boots.
ReplyDelete14th, phew!
Paca pics! OMG they are so cyute!
ReplyDeletebeauties, all of them!
ReplyDeletedrooling over the prospect of their spun wool and the beautiful sweaters that could be created...
